Precious Cuántica!
Dearest Cuántica, what an utterly adorable child you are! You're absolutely precious, a lovely young Egyptian Mau girl just five months old! Thank you for sharing that great photo with us from when you were thirteen weeks old. You're so pretty with that fuzzy kitten-fur starting to show its Mau markings and coloring. You have such a sweet little still-round kitten face in 3/4 view with those lovely big eyes looking off to the side. I wish I could reach through the screen and up over to Minnesota to pet you gently on your back and do a few very gentle light finger-pets on and around your face! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you for me .
And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You help your dear Purrrson with studying her/his quantum-physics textbooks, which led to you being named the Spanish word for quantum! You love to watch Catwoman and She-hulk and other comic-based movies. Your Purrrson has been teaching you to read, and I'm sure you're doing a great job at it already! You don't like winter, because she/he can't grow catnip then. That means you have to make do with store-bought nip, vastly inferior! She is also training you to wear clothes and walk on a leash. You and she are looking forward to going on walks together, as you energetic and athletic Maus need exercise! She had to take down her bird feeder because you kept jumping at the window after the birds! You're just a child, and you two have many adventures ahead to enjoy together. You love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Cuántica, on being chosen Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrsons and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
