Hi Lucky! Happy Cat of the Day to you, sweetheart!

What handsome, stately, most fetching feline you are, Lucky! And how purrfectly named you are, Lucky, having been rescued from that roof and adopted by one fabulous furever family; lucky indeed!

We can only imagine why your fur mom left you on that roof to fend for your tiny self after caring so lovingly for you and your littermates; pawing at your family to be's door, hoping for some food. Thankfully that kind neighbor helped get you down safely and um, somehow knew just where to bring you! And, as they say, the rest if happy history!

When the neighbor finally was able to get him down he brought the kitten over. I said I would take the kitten and feed him. That was 4 years ago. Today Lucky is 18 pounds of lovable, huggable fur. His name is Lucky because he is lucky to have come to a home where the people living there love cats very much.
Yes, you truly are one lucky boy, sweetheart! But just as lucky are your humans, having been so serendipitously blessed with a furkid as beautiful and loving, as special as you; 18 pounds of lovable huggable fur; purrfection on 4 paws! You may not have been a planned addition to the family, but no doubt it was destined to be! What a treasure you are, Lucky, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!!!

Thanks for the BIG smiles, Lucky! Meeting you today, reading your human's love filled tribute to her beautiful boy, your heartwarming rags to riches backstory has been such a treat! I hope you're enjoying a very special Cat of the Day celebration...imbiding in a bit of the goofy grass, playing till you flop, hehe; feasting on a bowl of yummy crunchies; monitoring those pesky squirrels, followed by a nice, long nap and some cuddle time with your humans; being loved and pampered to pieces!!!
