It breaks my heart, to no end, knowing your mommy no longer has you there by her side, Mittens. You and she were quite the team; inseparable; soul mates. Through good times and hard times, those multiple moves, you were there for her, just as she was there for you, unconditionally. We can only imagine how deeply her heart aches for you. But I hope seeing you being honored here today, reading all of the expressions of love, knowing that one day in the distant furture you and she will be together again, warming her laps and cuddling her shoulder, brings her some comfort. Until that happy day, sweet baby girl, you live on in her heart and in the countless, cherished memories you and she made. How blessed you were to have had one another to love and to lean on, best friends and soul mates for life, and beyond. And I have no doubt, Mittens, that today all of our beloved fur angels are throwing you one amazing Cat of the Day celebration there at the Rainbow Bridge, where there is no shortage of milk bottle twists, mousies and fishing rods, tons of furry love to warm your heart until you and your mommy are reunited.
