Hi Barkley! Happy Dog of the Day, sweetheart!

Oh, what a precious Peekapoo pup you are, Barkely; one brave, beautiful boy; a true survivor! I was on the edge of my seat, holding my breath, reading your mom's account of your harrowing bout with Parvo! God bless your dear mom and dad for not only rescuing you from those irresponsible owners, but doing EVERYTHING in their power, sparing no expense, to heal you, after your diagnosis! Thanks to their unconditional love and devotion, their total commitment, along with some great vet care, you beat the odds! They're heroes in my book, defining all the best in pet parenting! But in the end, I have to believe it was that awesome nurse, allowing your mom to see you, and YOUR indomitable, fighting spirit, that made all the difference, helping you to turn the corner! (Being a nurse myself, I too have on more than one occasion, "broken the rules!")

How blessed your family is, Barkley, having a furkid as special as you in their lives, how well their unwavering devotion has been rewarded! And it goes without saying that each and every day your repay the compassion shown you, bringing so much joy and love to their lives! You truly are one EXTRA special pup, Barkley, a treasure, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!
