Are you sure he is a Himalayan kitty? He looks like a Persian to me. And can he hear? Many times a blue eyed, white kitty can be deaf. No matter, you love him just as he is, and he is a very cute guy; you are lucky to have him, and he is lucky to have you in return. Happy COTD, Lotso!

I'm pretty sure. I'm a red point Himalayan and my mother, Merida, a blue point with pedigree (http://catoftheday.com/archive/2012/October/24.html).
I can definetely hear; my humans keep saying: "Lotso, don't climb the furniture", "Don't bring leafs to play inside the house, ...or insects", etc.
