I'm so sorry to hear this. I've been through both the blockage part and the infection part as well as two of my cats peeing very tiny amounts without having any kind of infection. I know how frustrating it can be but I'm glad that you know what to look for so he can be treated quickly. I hope that he'll make a quick recovery.
