Well - see there? Us "old folks" are actually right sometimes. Seriously - it's called "life experiences and lessons learned". Keep that in mind on your next job. Have "friends" there to talk about things like your favorite movie, or your pets, or the weather, or what you like or don't like to eat, etc - just generic stuff. It really works out much better that way. You never have true and trustworthy friends in the workplace.
