I wish I looked like them anyways!!

My main focus, especially now that I'm in college and learning all about health, is to be healthy!! I could lose about 10 to 20 pounds. I'm 5" 5' and 155 lbs. But my main focus is to eat healthier. I eat out nearly everyday and never eat veggies (unless its on a hamburger) and not enough fruit. And exercise more!

People should want to lose weight (if they are overweight) to better their health. Don't worry about the number on the scale! Do it for your long term health. Even thin people can be much more unhealthy than those with a little meat on their bones.
This.

I've let my weight get out of control and after an episode the other day that turned out to be nothing but really made me face the fact that it COULD have been something bad. I'm now on a diet. well not even really a diet I'm just tracking my food and keeping my calories, fat, carbs, protiens etc in the target range it needs to be to help me lose this weight and get back to a healthier size

I've done the "I want to be skinnier" method of dieting and I always fail but now that it's really about my HEALTH I am sticking with it. I have to.

A friend of ours is REALLY tall and REALLY skinny but his cholesterol is off the charts. It's all about being healthy and some of us need to learn that lesson the hard way
