Im sure if I had the money I could get them to file for a trademark in anyone of your names. Heck I may try and do it on my own with your user names, and/or real names.

Granted the Palins may have paid the guy to file the forms, but didnt do it in person so couldnt file their signatures on the form.

If the Palins really did file for trademarks the FAIL is the lawyer who filed the forms.
