I'm not sure Chuck would qualify as a tuxie. He has two white whiskers on the right side of his face, a tiny white spot under his bottom lip, white on his throat and chest and um, binkini area, and on his back toesies.

Chip is all black but he is trying to sprout a couple of white hairs on his chest.
