The most important part of any diet is to be committed to lifestyle changes permanently! It does no good to do this if as soon as you reach your goal weight, to go back to eating like you were.. You'll just put it all back on.. I have seen that happen to many times.. I lost that 50 pounds and have maintained it for 2 years so far and have no plans to go back to eating like I was.. Find a diet you enjoy and can stay on..forever.
