Precious Raymond - it seems that you've used up a few of your nine lives, but are now going strong. Your foster mom is on your case and makes sure that you enjoy the good life. Kudos to her for taking you out of that shelter and giving you the purrfect home. It is excellent to know that you are only allowed outside with a harness and leash, as that way you are safe, even though you don't like it too much.
