How did she get away w/house arrest? Doesn't she have to wear an anklet that would go off if she left her house? The fact that she wasn't arrested after keeping horses on her property tells me what I already knew, that the law doesn't take crimes against animals seriously enough. This makes me furious, especially regarding this woman! Her violations were monstrous!
