Do not try to adjust a collar with gloves on your hands. This is what happens....
I tried NOT to laugh to hard but it wasn't easy to contain myself. Coco couldn't figure out why these things were hanging from his collar, tried to play with them and gave up. LOL Luckily, we were almost home so he didn't have to be to embarrassed for very long.
