When I visited the south end of St Lucia, there are many cats! Unfortunately, no spay/neuter programs, the people are very poor and barely survive themselves. But, I was thinking that some vets should go down there and vacation for a reduced rate and offer their services. I think that would be good trade!
Domino was our eating companion when we were at the villa. She had the sweetest meow -
Goldie and Scamp - I named them - the resort staff didnt want you to feed them - but how can you not when they are beggin at your table?
