I don't think they have Rubios in the East, I believe this man went to Mazatlan and tried these fish tacos and brought the recipe back to California and now has a huge chain of Rubios. Taco Bell does not compare to Rubios.
Kohala is a very nice person, she was very comforting when both of our Schnauzers were attacked by a neighbors dog. We did have a cat at one time a Calico, we found her on Christmas eve under our air conditioner and immediately adopted her. She was a sweet, beautiful cat and her name was Baby. After she was gone we then got our Schnauzers. I do believe you are right we should put a sign in our window "terror terriers" in our Explorer, they sit very quietly until someone goes by and then they leap to the window and scare them out of their wits. Believe me you would know them if you walked or drove by. LOL
