We are using Tidy Cats Scooping litter. We haven't tried "Fresh Step"or "World's Best Cat Litter". The cats have their own room with food, water, and litter boxes, so we don't notice any dust.

I am responsible for cleaning the boxes, and I don't notice any dust even though I wear contacts. We are happy with Tidy Cats, and our cats seem to like it.
