OK - here's the promised recipe - now that I'm home and not at "work"!!

BLUE DIAMOND SMOKEHOUSE DIP (for those unfamiliar, Blue Diamond manufactures "Smokehouse Almonds" and, yes, in this case the brand makes a difference!!

Ingredients:
3oz Smokehouse Almonds
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar (not Worcestershire, as I originally thought)
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper (fresh ground if available)
1/4 lb. Bleu-veined cheese (softened)

1) Food processor: finely chop almonds
2) Bowl: combine Mayo, Yogurt, Balsamic Vinegar, Black Pepper, Cheese and Almonds. Mix well and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
3) Serve with raw vegetables (I like celery and triscuits personally)

This stuff is absolute gold! Everyone loves it! Enjoy!!
