It was SUCH a shock to find out my Lily received the honor of being today's Cat of the Day! I screamed when I logged onto the site and saw my very own kitty girl looking back at me. I felt like she kept me company all day until I could come home and give her an extra helping of her favorite catfood for dinner. Then after Lily jumped up in my arms I read her everyone's sweet comments while she purred up a storm and graciously accepted all the praise.

I love this site and my day isn't complete until I've visited. When I'm away, I love looking at all the "previous cats" I've missed. (I love the dogs and the other pets - well, the feathered, hooved or furred ones that is - but there is just something about a cat.)

As for why Lily can't tell Kathy and me apart - Kathy's cats can't tell us apart, either. It's kind of insulting .
