You are one BRAVE Lady! I have never and will never attempt to bathe mine! I would not have any arms left when I got done with the first one. Beatle looks like he is a hudge cat and could have tore you up.. You are BRAVE!!!

It looks like you have done that before and have a great set up for those times so my guess is you have a lot of experience and have done this before, but it is clear to see, they were not happy and I would be scared of the revenge part... I had one that when I treated her for fleas, and turned her loose, she would run streight to my daughters bed and pee all over it..
Heehee, Beatle is huge. She is 18 pounds. If you had told me 2 and a half years ago that I would be able to bathe her and cut her nails I would have thought you were crazy. When Cam and I first started dating she used to stalk me around his apartment. I left there bleeding many times. Since we moved in together though she has learned to tolerate me quite well. I can do whatever I want to her. That was Beatle's 3rd bath and Flea's 2nd.

Prior to getting the dogs,I used to bathe my cats every other month. I have seen each and every one of those expressions on Beat's face! Oh yes, that does bring it all back to me.

I only used the tub a few times, too hard on my knees and back (I think you are younger than me!) I use the kitchen sink, it has the sprayer as well.

Flea does appear to be much more tolerant, glad you have different temperaments to cope with! Thanks for a wonderful photo thread.
I will pass on your compliments of the photos to Cam. He told me to make sure he got credit for them... lol I am a groomer and I have a shop in my house. The tub in the pics you saw is a normal tub, but it is raised to chest level, so no stooping over.

Flea is a lot more easy going in general due to his upbringing I think. Beatle led a more sheltered life for the first 2 years of her life... just her and her dad. Flea was brought up with 3 dogs and 1 cat... and many visitors...
