It almost sounds like the prosecution is taking on a "it's no big deal" attitude the longer this issue drags out - and feels there are more important issues to deal with?? I'd hate to see what they do in October! Maybe a slip on the wrist and probation??? Didn't that jerk Baldwin have any mental evaluation like he was supposed to? Surely they must be able to see what a sick s.o.b. this individual is!!!
