The phone is "on" up till 11:00 pm - then it's beddy-bye-time.

Grrrrr ... spent 1:20 dialing into a *busy* signal!
It was busy right through the 11pm cut-off time -
makes me wonder if someone had the phone off the hook?
Oh well, I'll try again on Saturday.
