Even though Sparky wasn't here to enjoy his day of recognition, I have a feeling that he is very proud of the honor which he received. I just believe at the Rainbow Bridge doggers can now understand lots of stuff that might have been just blah, blah, blah to them before. But then he probably knew how very much he was loved and appreciated, didn't he?
