That would be basically all the time! LOL! I have to have a way to keep their collars on so that their rabies tags are on them. Maybe I should go to harnesses instead? Of course, I'm sure Henna would just as soon chew a harness off as a collar. I know the microchips are an option for ID, but our local pound probably doesn't check for those, plus even if they did, I would still be fined for not having their tags on them.
