Have fun stocking the 55g! Have you ever tried cichlids? A large tank stocked with some friendly african cichlids normally turns out very pretty. They are active fish, too.. so they're fun to watch. :]
I have actually Been seriously thinking about Cichlids. It was either them, or a Saltwater Tank. But Saltwater tanks are so expensive to just get started. So I might just go with The cichlids!
