Fenway keeps trying to lick his butt and he keeps licking his pee pee. What do you think is up with that?

He has a vet appointment on Thursday but I wish it was sooner. I'd like to find out what is going on.

He eats, pees, poops like normal.

But something is happening with his butt.

Any clues?
