oK I am going to be getting out of the Aviation Business.. My Heart & Life are with my babies & of Cats & Dogs.. I am wanting to open up A Spa for Cats & Dogs to stay in like the one Noah {Kelly's baby}is in.. Now I have pulled up some books from ASPCA.. Like Law Books & Shelter Rules & ect.. Please can someone advise on the Legal & Ect Books I will need.. thank you
