I've seen a lot of spin-offs of this one. I think it started out with eight rules and was expanded by others.
Here is the 1998 original written by Bruce Cameron.
Many other versions are here and some have reattributed the original to Mr Cameron. It is now a movie (oops, a series and a book ) too!
