There's something completely wrong here.... there are 10 E's = 20 points.
I don't see you gave me the I's, there are 7 of them = 14 points.

Catty, a good way of doing this, is to have a piece of paper next to you, with all the letters and names, and then add the points you give. Also, I think you'll find it easier to use Find and Replace in Word for each time a letter is taken out.
