I agree that it is DISGUSTING for people that do this intentionally but this dog was just born this way(at least that is what the artical says). I know my Chopper's parents are 4(mom) and 5(dad) pounds and he may only reach 3. The breeder I got him from definately was not breeding to produce "tiny" babies she just wanted healthy ones. Sometimes that is just want God intended, a tiny baby.
