I don't have any true phobias, where you would have a panic attack at the mere thought of something you are afraid of.
But I am afraid of:
birds getting close to my face (I love bird watching and will even hold a bird if I'm in control)
bugs that fly
men
getting in a car with anybody else driving (including my own mother)
and a few other things.
Many fears I have are the result of PTSD.

I don't eat my food in any special way, it can touch (unless the combination makes a gross flavor) and I don't eat each thing seperately. I do wipe my mouth after just about every bite. I hate eating in public and always try to get a chair where my left side is protected by a wall as I can't see well to the left.

I don't take baths unless I shower first. I hate the idea of having your whole body together in a human soup. Its gross. I also don't swim in public pools as it is a big human soup with all sort of nasty people in the water with you. I sometimes swim in the river or lake, but more often just wade up to my knees. Natural water just isn't as gross to me.
