Thank you so very much for the continued thoughts and prayers. I can't help but feel that this week is the big one, if she gets through this week and Friday's checkup still looking good, I will feel more able to take a deep breath and really believe we probably beat it. Her mouth and tissues inside change a bit daily as they settle and heal, and sometimes it is hard not to panic at a bit of lumpy tissue here or a reddish tissue there. But for the most part I still feel it looks pretty consistent with how it did this weekend. I can easily see the sutures in her mouth now and the margins of the surgery as the swelling has gone down. She doesn't seem to need her pain medicine now and she is getting close to finishing her antibiotics. She has (dissolvable) sutures in the back of the wound area and up front under her lip.
I'm attaching a few close-up shots of her mouth. I will attach them because they are very close up, she was panting after having run and they are a bit drooly, so I didn't want to force anyone to look close who didn't want to. The first two are from the 28th and the last from yesterday. It appears the same this morning (which is good!)
ETA: Here's a prettier picture too from yesterday
