Gov. Corzine had been at a Governer's convention of some sort in Atlantic City and was headed to the Governer's mansion for the Imus/Rutgers girl's basketball team meeting.

Thanks for clearing that up Joyce! I was having a hard time understanding why he was going Northbound on the Parkway. For some reason I thought the meeting with the girls was in Atlantic City. That's what happens when you only listen to a snippet of news here and a snippet there.
