King2005, I usually *pick myself up, then have the added step of "apologize to everyone around that I scared the heck out of" before I can *brush myself off* and start again! I have half the balance of an oridinary person, so when I start to fall, I have no ability to catch myself, I just try to land well - as in no injuring hands or head if possible.
