Poor Pouncer! I'm so sorry to hear he's not feeling well. Some cats are very sensitive to noise and things going on around them. Try to keep him a quiet place and give him lots of cuddles. Perhaps you can encourage him to drink more if you put several glasses of water in different places for him. Hopefully, the vet can find out what's the matter and do something.
