As to a lawsuit...

All of the conversations, threads and other legal evidence has been duly recorded, and is being prepared for the purpose of legal defense. It should be a relatively easy matter to present to any judge, who, based upon the documented evidence and testimony, should dismiss the case as spurious, and possibly fine bmom for contempt of court (misuse of the judicial process), after which, countersuit of defamation of character, damages, pain and suffering, and legal fees would be filed. For the purposes of countersuit, all contact records of those parties involved can be subpoenaed for the purpose of pursing said litigation, encompassing more than just bmom and her pedantic
lawsuit. Meaning that we would be involving you as well...

For the record, I have two ex-wifes, the last of which forced me to become quite educated in the legal process. She did teach me to make sure to keep meticulous records, as "anything you say can, and will be used against you in a court of law."

Please convey my best wishes to bmom on her waste of time, effort and money in the pursuit of her lawsuit.
