This reminds me of one of the Pink Panther movies. Peter Sellers sees this dog, he asks the man behind the desk, "Does you dog bit?" The man say "NO". So Sellers reaches down to pet the dog and it snaps at him. Sellers looks at the man and says " You said your dog didn't bite" and the old man says" " That is not my dog"
