Well, I did it. I adopted a little guy from the Southside
Animal Shelter in Indy yesterday afternoon. He's 8 weeks
old, mixed breed (Rottie/Shepherd) they think. He's has the
most beautiful, soulful eyes, and typical Rottie like markings.
I'm sure Buddy would approve of this little guy. Haven't
quite settled on a name yet, but I'm thinking of Smokey or
maybe Duffy. Oh , there's nothing quite like walking around
the kitchen floor barefoot with a puppy chewing on your
toes. LOL. I'm getting film tomorrow and I'd like to post
a few pictures for you all to see this little one. He makes
me feel alive again. Liz.
