I don't know what Muffin is saying, but I think the stuffed animal is saying "can I have my eyes back?"

Hehe.. in that case, Muffin will say, "Blame that on Mocha!". Mocha loves & adores his stuffy friends, and he doesn't destroy them, except that he'll remove the stuff animals' plastic eyes/noses first before he begins playing with them as if he's afraid he may choke on them later!
