Was she sleeping or was she awake? Did she respond to you when you called her name or touched her? IF she was sleeping, she could have been dreaming.. If she were mine, I would get her checked so you are doing the right thing taking her in tomorrow. I know how we all are about our babies so just keep a eye on her until them and love her all you can.... like you need to be told that, huh?
