That windbag, Oprah, sees that actresses are adopting kids in Africa, so she has to make a statement! She tries to outdo the adopters, so she builds one sschool, for 250 kids, at the cost of 40 million dollars.

I hate to ruin a hyperbolic, hysterical rant with oh say....facts....such as the fact that Oprah started with project a few years before "actresses are adopting kids in Africa" and that fact that Oprah has given millions to US schools....
