OR

pull the truck around the van (4x4 low works wonders) and use a tow strap to "Pop" the van out. You just need enough traction assist from the truck to start the van moving. The weight of the van doesn't really matter, I've used my truck to un-stick a 20,000 lb dump truck. It's all in how you apply the assistance.
