Update - Ben has been found. A neighbor a mile or so away brought him home to Becca tonight. Apparently he was dropped off at this guy's house this morning. They tried to bring him back earlier but Becca was gone and the guard dogs were scary. So, they took him back home and played ball with him all day until they could bring him home tonight!

Becca says he has been bathed (not by the folks where he was dumped), and is without collar, but otherwise in fair condition. He's breaking out (he's allergic to many things) but otherwise seems to be just fine. He appears to be tired from his fun day today though.

Ben is the first real border collie I ever met. It was him bringing the sheep my first time at Becca's house that hooked me. I'm so glad he's home! That, and he's Becca's heart dog.
