Elvis, Danny and Yertle have been doing great and send their love!
This weekend, I got a new addition, Timmy the Turtle! LOL!
Timmy belonged to my cousin's girlfriend's 13-year old son. Unfortunately, as sometimes happens with children and pets, he doesn't really want the turtle anymore. They asked if I would take him and I said of course.
I introduced him to the family yesterday, and the cats were like, oh another turtle...yawn. LOL! Yertle, however was very *ahem* excited, to say the very least. Suffice it to say that I am now wondering if Timmy is indeed a Timmy and not a Tammy, because Yertle was trying to, eh, get jiggy with it. LOL.
In any case, I plan to let Timmy (Tammy?) roam, just like Yertle, but I'm going to slowly ease him into it. He used to live in a tank, so I guess I'll let him out a little bit every day until he gets used to it. He's a real cutie!
Anyway, let me go and pretend to do some work.
