MANY rental houses through a private owner will accept pets, especially if that situation is explained. Or maybe a townhome, or even a trailer? You can probably find something as cheap as an apartment, around here you can. I would honestly foster him for you if I had my house back (work out a shipping arrangement) but there is simply too many dogs here at my moms.
