IVD makes a few brands for allergies, it stands for inovative vetrerinary diets:

-fish & potato
-duck & potato
-venison & something?
*I used to live in Eugene and they are available there but through vets only, some vets might not carry that brand but have him check with other vets as his vet might be able to write him a prescription for it and he could get it elsewhere! But like mentioned above have him speek with his vet & try to find a cheaper diet or one he can make at home!
