I have NEVER had a problem with Don Juan climbing my Christmas tree, possibly because it is only 18 inches (about 45 cm) tall. But, it's going in my planned yard sale, as Zerlina tried to eat it last year.

Some of the stores around here sell small rosemary bushes for Christmas trees. I may invest in one of those. Not poisonous/harmful to kitties, plus it smells nice.
