I agree completely. Depending on where you are located the Purebredcatrescue.org site has several of these cats. Kristen is an awesome person. She will help you find the perfect cat. Also remember these cats have a ton of maintenace. That is the reason that many breeders lose these cats. They are unmaintained and it gets to be to much and then they get seized. But a positive with this breed is they are amazingly sweet cats. I loved my himalayan she was my best friend. I think of her daily I have 2 siamese and neither of them have the same personality as Pricilla. They are well worth the work in personality alone.
