I know this doesn't belong here but I have gotten to know everyone here. My dad recently learned he has to quit smoking , well as daddys girl, he asked me to quit with him. His doctor put him on pills to help him. My question is , Do any of you know any tricks that will help??? I think I will need all of the help and advice I can get......
