Okey dokey smokey... speaking of smokey, those are some fine coals you guys have going in that fire pit! Let's not do the whole piggy thing, Richard, leave those freeway pigs alone - that's rather ooky looking if you ask me But a nice braised pork roast with cinnamon, clove and toasted corriander sounds nice aaaaand I just happen to have one I've been braising since yesterday. Taro root is a bit hard to find around here but sweet taters (or yams if you wish) make a nice substitute as a side dish. OK, that's for later on - actually have *shudders* work to do this a.m. Good thing I started the food last night. Strong coffee and some fresh melon for breakfast if you please ~ anybody??
